RIGID: Conduit Bending Calculator 1.1.3

RIGIDpro is an advanced bending calculator designed to assist professionals working with Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulic Benders. It serves as a valuable tool for electricians dealing with conduit of various sizes and types. The application offers features like instant access to bender information, multiplier cards, simultaneous fraction and decimal calculations, and accurate bending calculations considering gain and shrink, enhancing the efficiency of conduit layout.

RIGIDpro is organized into five main categories:

• Select Bender: This section allows users to create, load, and delete benders of different types, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulic Benders. Each bender is pre-programmed with the Centerline Radius and Take-Up values based on factory settings (subject to slight variations in accuracy).
• Shoe Specs: Users can edit and view detailed information about selected benders, such as Centerline Radius adjustments and Shoe specifications like Gain, Setback, Travel, and Radius Adjustment.
• Mark Conduit: This feature supports complex bends such as stubs, saddles, and offsets. It provides the capability to customize bend measurements, change conduit size and type, and align bends to the center of conduits.
• Multiplier Card: Quickly referencing distance multipliers and shrink constants for angles ranging from 0.5 to 90 degrees; also displays Outside, Inside, and Knock-Out Diameters for conduit sizes from ½” to 6”.
• Calculator: A user-friendly yet comprehensive calculator offering basic arithmetic functions like addition, subtraction, multiplication, division as well as memory storage and recalling, square root calculations, and easy conversion between fractions and decimals.

RIGIDpro supports various bend types such as 90-degree bends, offsets, saddles, kicks, segmented 90s spanning from 3 to 49 shots, cut conduits, among others. Users have the flexibility to customize bend sequences according to their requirements.
